On Friday we had the pleasure of hosting employees from The Factor, a fully remote ICT company, who used their annual Social Good Day to volunteer on the Majura Pines trails.
Despite no trail building experience, the team were a pleasure to work with; getting stuck in to the tasks we assigned them with enthusiasm and great humour.
If you rode Mt Squiggle, Pinot Grinio (lower part) or Bombora over the weekend you might have noticed that trails are running smoother. Much of their work was the unseen drainage work that is vital maintenance to keep a network running well – especially during this thunderstorm season.
After they finished digging they retired to Majura Pines sponsors Capital Brewing Co. to rehydrate. Thanks again for your help!
