Gravity/Enduro

The southern end of Majura Pines contains several harder, steep and rocky trails. More old school in style than the adjacent Rock LobsterBarry and Planet Claire they will provide a challenge to most riders and are must ride for anyone who like steep and rocky trails.

Some are the descendants of downhill trails from yesteryear, others are completely new. All have a distinctly Majura feel, quite different to the flow trails found here, or elsewhere.

There are two main “trail heads” for these trails. The first is at the top of Point Brake, which gives access to “Swayze gulley”. To get to this spot either climb Wonder Woman from near the top of Boy Wonder or, if you prefer to grind/push up fire roads, instead of entering Larry climb north of the adjacent double track to the end. The second trail head is at the top of Touching Cloth. Access this area by using the short link trail from the top of Point Brake that crosses Rock Lobster on to the top fire road. Turn right on this fire road and the trails start shortly on the right.

The easier trails are Point Brake, Rode House and Space Elevator (beware this is a two way trail). Once you have conquered these you are ready to tackle Touching Cloth, Rocksanne, the old Downhill trail, Dirty Distancing, Donnie Farko and Rad Dawn.
