A couple of weeks ago a crew of legends from Trek Bicycle came out to lend a hand at Majura. Ably led by 5 volunteers from Majura Pines Trail Alliance and Ranger Marty from ACT Parks and Conservation Service we made short work of 4 cubic metres of gravel that was used to coat the inner loop of the pump track.
After delicious Three Mills Bakery pastries were consumed we moved our attention to The Flash where this popular, and vitally important, beginner trail got a buff up. A few of the worst dead roots were cut out, drains cleaned, blackberries and grass whipper snipped back and a nice new section of trail cut in.

The following week Viv from Velosolutions Australia volunteered his Wednesday morning to compact the new gravel. Now the inner loop is as well armored as the outer. Cheers Viv and Trek!
