ACT Parks and Conservation Service are undertaking a conservation cull of Eastern Grey Kangaroos from Monday 10th June. To facilitate the safe delivery of the conservation cull, 7 reserves within Canberra Nature Park will be closed in the evenings from 6pm to 6am from Sunday to Thursday. The reserves will remain open during the day and from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon. These reserves include Mt Majura Nature Reserve and Mt Ainslie Nature Reserve. The Majura Pines will remain open throughout, however you will not be able to access it from the Hackett side for night rides during the closure.
