A brand new event is coming to the Majura Pines on Sunday 2nd April – Big Hill Event’s Capital Classic MTB, part of their Shifty Fifty series. This race is being run on behalf and with Head and Neck Cancer Australia to raise both awareness and vital funds.
Starting and finishing on the grounds of the Majura Winery there will be some fire trail to allow the sorting order to be established before you take on the Majuru Pines trail network. For the 50km riders, the 2nd loop takes you into the Mount Ainslie area before coming back to finish off the lap.
There is also a 10km option for those just looking for a sample of MTB racing.
